Dolphin Diagnostic Advantage unit starts then reverses then moves forward for about 10 seconds then stops. If you push the off on switch it will restart and do the same thing. Where is the timer so I can replace it as I think it's bad? Thank

Hi Mike, The Power Supply or the motor could be the problem. You will have to contact Maytronics at 888.365.7446 to troubleshoot the cleaner to properly diagnose what's the cause of the problem.

Mike- I would suggest calling Maytronics at 888-365-7446 for tech support on this power supply. Many of their power supplies aren't fixable, only replaceable.

Repaired my previous Dolphin Diagnostic power supply, when it would start run a bit then stop, by replacing this part. Purchased a used Diagnostic Advantage that has the same problem. Will this part fix the problem?

Hi Trish, It possible that it can but I can't guarantee it will, you can contact Maytronics at 888.365.7446 to troubleshoot the unit. Base on what they conclude from the questions asked they will let you know what can be done to resolve the issue.
