I have had to install a new flow sensor in my salt system. The plastic fitting that is threaded into the pod is broken. Do I have to replace the pod also or can I buy this plastic fitting by itself. It is a Jandy aquapure Ei series 35plg. Thank you

Hi Bill, you should be fine with just the flow sensor listed on this page.

I understand that I have the right sensor but where the sensor screws into the pod was broken, I was able to get the plastic threaded bushing out but now I am left with no way to screw the sensor into the pod . My question is can I buy the fitting or must I buy the whole new pod cap? thank you

Hi Bill, unfortunately that fitting is not available by itself and is only available with the AquaPure Ei Pod Cap, so you would need to purchase the pod cap to get the fitting.

Do you have the plug that the flow switch plugs into at the SWG? It is mounted to the panel where the power comes into the SWG

The only parts available for the Aquapure Ei Power Pack are listed in the schematic shown here. I have reviewed the manual to see if there is any other parts that would be offered and could not find one. I have included the link to the manual, you may want to contact Zodiac at 1-800-822-7933 to see if they may be of more assistance. Please click here to view the link.

on the jandy control pack screen it says on test cell how do u test the cell?

Hi, Robert. The "Test Cell" message indicates that the electrode is dirty, scaled and/or worn. To resolve this you will need to clean the cell if it's dirty, or replace if the cell has been in operation for over 9,000 hours.
