Hi, Inspect the drive belt to make sure they're not worn if they are then you will need to replace it. The Pulley Ass and Bushings will also need to be inspected.

What's the I.D. Of this bushing? Does this bushing go in the center of the side plate on the top hole?

HI Gayle, We do not have the ID if this bushing, but it does slide onto the side plate of the cleaner.
