Hi I bought this pump from you a month or so ago, just took it out of the box, It says side discharge, but it is pointing up at 12:00 position I need it to be at 3:00 position, did I get the wrong pump or can I change the discharge position to 3:00

They are assembled with the (discharge) wet end facing top, it’s universal. The wet end can be rotated by unloosing the bolts on the back of the motor.

Will this replace a #05234004-2 (Morgan Spa)?
Are there wiring instructions included? (The pump I'm replacing is the second of 2 pumps on my spa and only runs in high speed)
Are new O-rings included?

Yes, it is the replacement for the original model # you have. The pump is NLA in a 1 speed configuration & you will just wire on high speed only. there is a wiring diagram on the back of the motor.

looking to replace aqual-flo flo-master XP2e-632522 3 bhp, 2.5 continuous hp
Motor windings got wet. Would like to know the best replacement for just the motor and the best replacement if I decide to replace the wet-end also.

The model # pump that you have is for a 56fr motor & the pump is NLA in that configuration. You can still replace just the motor with a 3hp, 56fr, 230v, 2 speed, 10.0/1.8 amp, part # 35-126-1154 ( B2234 ) & replace the shaft seal 35-423-1019 (ps 200 viton ) & volute o-ring # 90-423-5165 or, You can also replace the complete pump with the 48 frame version part # 34-402-5206 10.5 amp, 230v, 48fr, 2 speed.
