The photo of this item shows a small, grommeted hole on the top of the tank, next to the locking filler hole. This would make the second tube hole in the tank. Is this correct? Does this second hole exist or not on this tank?

The holes that you are referring to must be drilled in the field. Please see the STS15NC Stenner 15 Gal. Natural Tank Only owner's manual for details.

Does the Stenner tank come with the weighted fitting that goes into the tank?

The STS15GC Stenner 15 Gal. Gray Tank does not include the weighted strainer and we do not carry this item separately. The weighted strainer is included with the chemical pump.

It is what it is. But it's not built to accommodate the Chlorinator that I bought at the same time from INYO. So I couldn't attach it to the unit as it seemed to be advertised. This unit is built for the Stenner pump to attach to it.
