Hi, Matt. This Manifold does not use a Breeder Tube. The Air Bleed Assembly is built-in to the manifold.

So if this model does require breathing tube, where does it go. I see a raised rectangle area where the tube normally would go. Does this get popped off? I need to know before I choose this one over the alternate R0357600

This Manifold does not use the Breeder Tube Assembly - R0358700. The Air Bleed Assembly is built-in to the manifold.
