Does the solid cover come with all the necessary hardware, springs, pins and setting tool ?

All hardware is pre packaged in individual poly bags. Each bag (or set) includes the brass plug, brass screw, spring buckle, and vinyl sleeve.

How long are the attachment straps from the edge of the cover. I have a limited width on one of the long sides of the rectangle.. need to make sure I have enough room for the attachment hardware before I order. Thanks

Hello, I am not sure if the straps and springs on my old cover are standard or customized. May I send you in PM the exact design and measurements for you to confirm the placement of the straps? I don't want to drill for new anchors in my patio. Thank you.

We are having the concrete replaced around our pool. All of the existing anchors are going to be discarded. My concrete company has agreed to drill the locations for the new anchors, but I need a drilling template. Push come to shove, I can just measure the existing ones. I will need the insertion tool, (Looks like a blunt chisel) and all the brass anchors (28 total). Can I order the whole kit less the cover from the manufacturer?
