does the pl9926 pool cover let water through . I need a cover that lets little or no water through

Hi Arnold, this cover does not allow water to pass through however please view these above ground mesh covers as they do allow water to pass through them.

Hello Vanesa. The PureLine Winter Cover PL9926 has a thread count (skrim) of 16 threads X 7 threads per square inch. The Pureline Winter Cover PL8926 has a thread count of 10 threads x 7 threads per square inch. The higher the thread count, the stronger the material. The PureLine Winter Cover PL9926 is comparatively stronger.

Cons: short cable; hard to winch the cable
Great cover, well-constructed, high quality, well-constructed winch. However, cable a bit short. Very difficult to get both ends to make it to the winch.
