How tall is this item? Will it fit under a diving board? What is the maximum cover thickness suitable for this reel?

The Auto Reel stands 11" in height. The center of the tubeset would sit at 10.5". This may be a bit tall for under the diving boards however locking caster are available as an option so the system can be rolled away from the pool. The manufacturer recommends a 12 mil blanket for this reel.
