Hi, Kenny. This is just the Handrail Kit for the Majestic 8000 Step which can withhold weight up to 500 lbs.

does this come with the hardware?

This does not come with the hardware pack as that is unfortunately out of stock for at least the 2020 season.

      J, this kit includes keys number 1 -10 besides 6 on this Majestic parts diagram.
