Yes, the Pureline PL5840 lights can replace the Jandy jlu4c24w100. If you have multiple Jandy lights, all of them would need to be replaced because the Pureline lights won't sync up with other Jandy lights.

What's the warranty on these lights? Can I install them? I am an HVAC TECH with over 20 years experience, if I install them will that void any warranty? Thank you

These Pureline PL5840 lights have a 1 year warranty. Installing these lights yourself will not void the warranty.
