Hi. You will need to provide the make and model of the pump housing in order to identify the shaft seal size.

What shaft seal and gasket set do I need for this motor? I have a Sta-Rite PLM150 pump.

Hello Sheryl. The Sta-Rite PLM 150 is a Cartridge Filter. The motor shaft seal and seal plate gasket are specific to the pump manufacturer/model and not the filter. Please provide manufacturer/model information or pictures of your current pump so a recommendation can be provided. If you are providing pictures, please be sure to send several that include the entire pump from inlet to out piping.

hello Justin the HSQ165 is the model #. The serial number is dedicated to that motor. If yours says HSQ165 then yes that's the direct replacement.
