Would I need to get "corner bags"? And I have stairs, should I get the stair bags too?

You do not "need" corner bags but they are a help keeping the corners of the cover tight and tidy. You may want to look into getting the stair bags because the 16 other bags probably do not amount for that extra length.

Is the cover 20 x 40 with 5 feet longer or 20 x 40 exact. I have a 12 X 30 rectangle.

Hi, The Winter Pool Cover (WC852) would not allow water to pass through. You would need the 8yr I/G Mesh Winter Cover 20' x 44' Rect.

Do you make a winter cover 16x50 with grommets like every 4 feet or a cover close to there dimensions TY

Hi Charlie, Arctic Armor does not make covers that have grommets every 4 feet.
