What would you recommend, I have a 15/30 outdoor gunite pool that collects a substantial amount of leaves on a daily basis. Cleaning is a pain, which pool cleaner does the best for leaves and various rather large debris? We have a substantial amount of trees around the pool.

We have a retrofit main drain, and our current pool vacuum constantly gets stuck on the drain. Our pool is like a bowl, so the natural slope is toward the drain. Will this product get stuck on the retrofit drains?

My Baracuda MX8 suction portion is turning around in circles alot. I just replaced the black rubber treads and all seems tight. Is it time to get a new one or are there repair options available thru Inyo or do you have recommendations for the San Diego CA area.

Al, You can take your cleaner to an authorize Zodiac dealer to have the cleaner inspected. It could be the Drive Shaft Assembly or the Side A or B Directional Control Device, which ever side is having the problem. Depends on what they find and the cost to repair whether it would be time to replace it.

I bought an Mx8 from you and so far I have 4 of my hoses coming apart is it because they are poor quality or some other reason

The quality of the hoses are usually good, but the water chemistry will eat them up.

Hello, The cleaner only comes with 36 ft of hose. You will need to purchase additional hose sections. Be sure to make sure that your pool pump is strong enough to power the cleaner.

Which one is the better one. The MX8 elite or the MX8 and do they have a rebate with them.

The MX8 Elite is the higher rated of the two cleaners. As for rebates, you will need to contact Jandy/Zodiac directly for current rebate information as we no longer sell their whole goods.

Is there an attachment that will allow me to use the hose that comes with the mx8 and attach to a standard pool vacuum head so i can target a specific area. I believe the attachment piece is for 1 1/4" hose. This way I don't have to buy a separate hose
