How is this chlorinator connected to 1 1/2" plumbing? Must it be connected to PVC pipes or can 1 1/2" hoses be fitted and clamped over the input and output ports?
Reply
The unions on this chlorinator allow for the hoses to be fitted and clamped over the input and output ports.

I purchased the Hydrotools Swimline Automatic Chlorine Feeder #8750. I like the product but approximately every other time the O ring streches out and I have to purchase a new one. I know this should not happen. Please tell me what to do to alleviate the problem.before I get upset. Thank you

Hi Lynne, You want to make sure that a silicone base lubricant is used on the o-ring when the new o-rings are being installed.

My product is: Pool Chlorinator - 8750 (NA-342) The lid collar broke so now the only way that I can put enough pressure on the lid to keep it from leaking is with 2 bar-clamps with 2 blocks of wood. Can I purchase a new lid?

I'm sorry we do not carry this part. I would suggest contacting the manufacturer directly at www.swimline.com

I'm having trouble getting enough return water back in the pool. It acts as if the flow is being restricted because the piping through the chlorinator is to small
