What is the difference between the Polaris C1500 controller and the C2000 controller?

The C1500 is for pH or ORP control where the C2000 is for pH & ORP control. You may view or purchase the C2000 through this link http://www.inyopools.com/Products/03600000039183.htm and the C1500 through this link http://www.inyopools.com/Products/03600004039359.htm

Does this product have wireless capabilities to monitor it online?

The C1500 Polaris Watermatic ORP or pH Controller does not have web capabilities.  We would suggest a CAT Commercial Automation Controller which uses a web tool called Poolcomm.

My C2000 system is 5 years old and I have never replaced the sensors and according to the manual you should. I'm not able to get my system to read. I feel that I have everything connected correctly. Do you sell the sensors?

We do carry both the Watermatic ORP sensor and the Watermatic pH sensor for the C2000 Watermatic ORP and pH Controller.

Does the C2000 come with everything needed to install, and if not please list what other products are needed.

The C2000 Watermatic ORP and pH Controller includes everything for installation.  The only other items you may need are the Stenner chemical pump / tank.

Can the C2000 be used with our existing noncontrolled chlorinator & acid tank without purchasing the tanks?

Pete, If you already have tanks you can just purchase the system and use your existing tanks.

Does the C-2000 use the 3-270 & 3-271 or the 3-280 & 3-281 Probes, or will either work?
 Reply

A  Answered on 9/30/2015 by InyoPools Product Specialist Lennox H.

Hi Terry, The Tube Style (3-270 &3-280) or Threaded Styles (3-271 &3-281) sensors will work with the C2000 unit however it would depend on the style connection of the tank which one you will need.

I need to replace the Flow Cell with Flow Switch due to small crack that leaks at the screw. Perhaps a new o-ring might stop the leak Polaris watermatic c2000

Hi Bill, The Flow Cell w/ Flow Switch (9-700) would work with the Watermatic C2000 and it also include the parts bag for the Flow Cell and Flow Switch.

Hello Trevor- We currently do not have that product available. I did search online and other retailers are out of stock. You may try contacting Jandy directly at 1-800-822-7933 to speak with a representative. They may be able to assist you in locating the part or recommending an alternative part that is readily available.

Hi, Tim. Unfortunately, we do not have a troubleshooting manual for this controller and this unit has been discontinued by the manufacturer. For assistance, I would recommend contacting Zodiac at 800-822-7933.

Hi, Dan. The system is detecting insufficient flow or pressure. You will have to clean out your filter and or check the line for a blockage.
