Can this heater be from propane to natural gas?

Yes. The 009202 heater can be converted from propane to natual gas. The conversion kit part number is: 6238-301.

Hi, Jerry. Unfortunately, we cannot. However, it can be done prior to installation. Instructions are available on page 25 of the Raypak Owners/Instructions Manual.

Hi, Al Howard. Yes, this unit can be installed indoors. It will require the Indoor Stack Kit - 009840 to be installed in accordance to local code and Raypak requirements as outlined in the Raypak Owners/Instructions Manual.
