Ron - An average life of a PLM200 cartridge is 2-3 years. The filter body can last 10-15 years

I need a Sta- Rite filter module (cartridge) my model number is 27002-0048S. It is 31 in in length, 14 wide. It has legs on top and bottom. The hole at top is 6 and 3/8. Do you by any chance have a cartridge for this.

I have a PLM150 filter, IS There any performance benefit in using a PLM200 filter element in my PLM150 housing?

Hi Jim, The PLM200 has more filtering media and more individual pleats meaning that it has a larger capacity for filtering. So yes the 200 will be able to filter out more debris than the 150 and you will have longer periods between cleanings. The PLM150 and PLM200 cartridges are interchangeable.
