Hello, If you turn the knob clockwise, that would increase the output.

Hello Fred- My research indicates part number 01-22-9441 is a dial control for the Pool Frog XL Pro. If this is what you have, then the Control Dial 01-22-9446 would be the correct replacement part. Please note this includes the o-ring and snap ring.
