Does part # 3270-021, Ray-vac Replacement Head, White (r0374900), come with the hose assembly?

Part # 3270-021, "Ray-vac Replacement Head, White (r0374900)", is just the cleaner head sold by itself, as the hose assembly is sold separately, which is part # 3270-026, "Ray-vac Hose Replacement Kit (r0375400)".
