Couldn't switch on anymore. Changed batteries and it worked one time, but then does not work anymore. Changed batteries again. Does not work.
Might be a short cut somewhere though because when I push the Menu button, the light for "high speed" is very briefly on.
The small spring on one side is not attache at the bottom any more.
Is there a warranty or at least could it be repaired?

Hi, Patrice. Unfortunately, this cannot be repaired since replacement parts are not available. It will have to be replaced.

May I ask, I have few questions, how old was your wireless controller before you started encountering this problem? Did you store the controller inside your home or outside your home? Do you feel you had been using it under normal conditions? Non commercial use?

bought a home with one of your great products after about 18 months I can't get the 'schedules' bar to light up I keep getting "communication timeout" and I have put in brand new batteries is there anything I can do?

Make sure you completely power down and back up. these are the things we have found that will help the system needs to be powered down at the main house panel, turned back on, then reset communication as per manual instructions at the pool panel and remote. You most likely simply have to readdress the EasyTouch handheld to communicate the outside antenna. You can follow the steps outlined in the manual listed here: 1. From EasyTouch control panel press Menu. 2. Press Down button - Select "SETTINGS". 3. Press Right button. 4. Press Up button up to "Wireless Address". 5. Press Right button to select. "Address Wireless scanning" is displayed. Then "Sending Address” will display. 6. Repeat steps 1-5 from wireless handheld. "Address Found" will be displayed. 7. Press Menu button on control panel 3 times to return to Main screen.
