Randy, You may need to replace the Pulley For Flat Shaft (3884076), make sure the tracks isn't worn or make sure the cover is on properly.

I have a Dolphin Diagnostic 3001, I bought new tracks that seem to be too small. Do I have to stretch the new tracks a lot to get the cover on? Seems I will take out the new bearings if I tighten it as needed.

Hi Wayne, tracks that are a little snug are okay but having to stretch them a lot may cause them to be too tight restricting movement. To confirm the correct tracks for the Maytronics Dolphin Diagnostics 3001 robotic pool cleaner is part number 3295-299.

Do I need to change both tracks? Im having an issue with only one but some of the remarks say that the new one is "Snug". If that the case it may create an "Uneven" situation that may cause problems.

Hello Wendy. The Track, Yellow - 9985050 is compatible with the Dolphin Diagnostic and Dolphin Diagnostic Advantage Robotic Cleaners. Attached please find the Maytronics Dolphin Advantage exploded parts diagram for reference.
