Can I adjust the depth of the filling? My pool water level is normally 9-10 inches from the top.

Yes the Aqua Level Pool Filler has an adjustable float which allows you to maintain a preset pool level. The instructions for setting your water level is also described in the Aqua Level Owner's Manual

This product looks like it can be used for both in ground and above ground pools. I have an in ground pool. So if this product can not be used do you have another product that should be used instead?

Does this unit fit on the edge of a concrete built-in pool? The edge is a bull-nose brick which is 2" thick and it protrudes 1" from the tile on the side of the pool.

The unit is weighted. If more weight is necessary, weights such as rocks, can be placed inside the base to help stabilize the unit.

may I buy the valve arm assembly ? It is a three piece assembly with a fiber axle holding the finger ( valve arm ) into a housing connected to the water line.

Good Afternoon T.Alford, If your water chemistry is off or your chlorine levels are to High auto fills will not last as long or outdoor elements come in to play too. The good thing about this auto fill is that it is an easy install and when your out of season you can pack it away and prolong the life.

Had a similar filler. When it was on the cusp of being at the set level, the ripples from the cleaner made it go on and off until the pool shut off and the cleaner stopped. Will this happen with this unit?

We have an in-ground spa that has a raised lip about 3.5 inches wide and 1 inch above the deck. Will this filler work even though it would no be setting on a totally flat surface

Hi, Carl. In order to make sure that the unit works properly the unit will need to be leveled. A shim of some kind will have to be placed under the unit to make sure its leveled.

I've had an auto filler for a few years and notice the float seems to stick a little at times. Can you recommend any lubricant to help reduce the sticking?

The tech sheet says the dimension from the underside of deck mounting to bottom of unit is 12." A much more informative piece of information would be what is the max distance from pool deck to desired water level to be maintained for the unit to be useful.
