#25 on your diagram broke from my dolphine premier. I have found that piece I need off of your catalog as Par #5 9995266. Now is this a standard size? or do I need to order based on the serial no?

Yes, if you have the Premier than that is the correct impeller for that cleaner.

My Dolphin Nautilus model number D50948SUBE is starting up for a few seconds then shutting off. I noticed the impeller is broken when i opened it up. Could this be the problem?

Hi I have a Deluxe4, debris is poorly picked up by machine and mostly accumulates around impeller. Debris accumulates within the chassis and around the bag and less in it Thanks.

Hi, Frank. The bag assembly might not installed properly or the lid assembly is not secured not creating a vacuum seal.
