What exactly does 3hr. reconditioned mean?

Hello Buddy, The 3 hours ratings means it is a motor that runs a 3 hour cleaning cycle; the reconditioned labels it as a refurbished/rebuilt unit by the manufacture rather than a new product.

Michael, The Reconditioned Motor comes with a 1 Year MFGR warranty.

I have seen much information on electrical checks on the Dolphin Premier Robotic pool cleaner. I understand that to check the Power Supply, you check for ~29 V.D.C. as an output but nowhere does it tell me which pins on the output this voltage should be present on. Can you tell me what readings I should get on what pins to ensure the P.S. is functioning correctly. Also, are there any reads I can take to assure the circuit board is good?

looking at a 3hr moor assy, your part 9995372RD-EX. Part looks correct, Maytronics s/n is K03201 on part. is this a match and if not is it returnable?

When i turn unit on, the fan runs then stops. It does this about 2 times then stops permanently. Is this a problem with the motor?

Hello.  If the motor is installed in the cleaner and the cleaner is in the water an early stop may be caused by the motor safety sensors.  Check that there are no obstructions in the impeller or drive system.  Check that the power supply remains on when the motor stops.  If the power supply unit is also off, check to be sure there is no issue with the power supply.  If the motor is out of the water, it is normal for it to stop after this self-diagnosis.  The motor should only be operated when installed in the cleaner and submerged in water.

Hello Steve.  Unfortunately, INYO Pools does not offer any type of repair service.  Maytronics Dolphin has Master Service Centers throughout the United States to provide Repair Service.  Maytronics Dolphin Customer Care can be contacted at 1-888-DOLPHIN.  Customer Care will coordinate a return maintenance authorization form along with instructions for boxing and shipping the cleaner to the nearest Master Service Center for repairs.   My Dolphin is not working, where can I send it to be fixed?
