No. The SR-500 system can be used on all pump types.

The SR500 Stingl Switch is designed for use on either residential or commercial pools.

Yes, the SR500 Stingl Switch is for a single body of water.  There is a pool/spa combo unit also.

I am not aware of any replacement parts that are still available for that vacuum release system. If a vendor still has it in stock it would be the complete system not just the parts for it.
