How much clearance, or concrete space is necessary around perimeter of pool? One side of the pool only has 48" of concrete. Is that enough room for anchors?

I have brick all the way around the pool. Is the deep end cover straight across? I had a loop-loc cover and all my corners were 90degree even the corners to the steps
