The Gorilla pad would be put down first and the pool cove would go on top of the Gorilla pad.

Hello, unfortunately we do not per cut the liner padding. It comes in the size you request and would be cut to fit on site by your installer.

Hello, unfortunately, these do not come in the 14 ft round size however they can be cut to fit your pool size.
