my filter is marked C - 875 OE but my parts catalog shows CX 875 CE. Is this filter the same as CX 875 Generic that you show?

My replacement cartridge is Hayward # CX-875-RE and Housing is Hayward Model # C-4000BH. Can the Hayward CX 875 Generic Cartridge - C4500 & C4520 - 4 Pack be replaced with what I have?

I'm looking for the replacement filters for the Hayward Filter Cartridge C875 O-E MBH Sq. Ft. 20 PM 119. It looks like they are no longer being manufactured with those specifications. Can you confirm a suitable replacement?
