Western Red Cedar
Western Red Cedar in its natural unfinished state has a richly textured tactile grain combined with a glowing palette of warm, mellow tones ranging from light amber to deep honey brown. No man-made material can duplicate the depth of cedar's natural luster. Western Red Cedar remains subtly aromatic, and the characteristic fragrance of Red Cedar just adds another dimension to its universal appeal.
Java Teak
Teak wood is an extremely dense course grained hardwood and is widely known for its durability. Our Teak product is made from environmentally friendly Plantation Teak in Jakarta, Indonesia. The plantation is regulated by a Indonesian government agency who set guidelines as to the number and size of trees which can be harvested, as well as the numbers of trees which are replanted for future generations.
Chinese Oak
Chinese Oak wood is dense finer grained hardwood about 5% harder than Red Oak. The heartwood is light brown and some boards have a lighter pinkish tint to them. Chinese Oak is a more durable material than Red Oak and is ideal for outdoor furniture. The tannic acid in the wood protect it from fungi and incect attack.
