Inflatable pool floats
The most basic pool floats are inflatables which have the advantage of deflating for easy storage during the colder months. These are usually the least expensive but you can still get great quality and comfort from an inflatable pool float such as our Ultimate Floating Mattress or Suntanner Floating Mattress. For quick and easy inflation of your pool float, use our Electric Inflatables Air Pump which will spare you the hyperventilation of doing it by mouth. It comes with adaptors to fit almost any air valve and can also be used for other household items like air mattresses and inflatable toys.
Foam pool floats
A step up from inflatables, foam pool floats require no blowing or pumping of air. These are also sturdier as they won't lose air if punctured. Most foam pool floats will roll up so you can store them but may be a bit bulkier than inflatable pool floats. The Molly Brown has been a favorite for years with thirteen layers of foam creating an amazingly soft pool float to drift away on. Another popular foam pool float is the Cool Wave which has a unique shape and a built-in pillow for comfortable head and neck support.
Pool loungers
If you want to go deluxe while floating in the pool, a pool lounger is the only way to go. Many are inflatable but have fabric covers for extra durability. Loungers offer extra features such as canopies, cup holders and armrests. Our Ultimate Floating Lounger and Sunchaser Padded Floating Lounger are good examples. Our pool floats can also be used in lakes however they are not designed for towing behind a boat or any activity other than floating.
