If your valve was manufactured after 1976 then yes this is the correct spider gasket for your model valve.

DOES THE SPIDER GASKET GET GLUED IN? IF NOT WHAT KEEPS IT FROM MOVING?

Hello Richard, yes these spider gaskets will need to be glued into the valve. You can use Loctite or clear RTV silicone. Please see this how-to guide called "How to Replace a Spider Gasket on a Multiport Valve" that may also assist.
