when you replace gasket do you add any vasaline or other sealent, I have changed gasket and o ring and still get leaks.

It is recommended to lubricate the o-rings on your equipment. It is NOT recommended to use Vaseline on the o-rings. I would recommend Magic Lube O-ring Lubricant 1 Oz. Teflon - 630 that is formulated for pool conditions.
