I have Pentair WF-8 230V 2HP STD pump which I have just replaced the motor on. I am having issues getting pump to prime and stay primed. Prior to motor replacement there was no issue with priming the pump. Will replacing the pump fix the issue? What would the closest replacement for this pump in variable speed if I decide to start from scratch?

Hi Jaron, more than likely there is not a need to replace the entire pump if it was priming prior to the replacing of the motor. Here is our "How To Determine Why a Pool Pump Won't Prime" guide that should assist you in locating the issue.
