what should my ohm readings be if the capacitor I have is bad. I'm only getting .06 at each post at a 2k setting on my meter. I'm placing the black and red leads to each post to get a reading. This capacitor is for a two speed motor. Low speed runs fine. the jump to high speed produces a loud buzzing and /or no reaction.
