Hi Nolan, yes this is the complete salt system with Power Supply and Salt Cell. All you need is salt.

What are the differences between the "plus" and regular units?

Hi, Richard. The cell size capacity is the difference. The Nano can treat a pool up to 22,000 gallons and the Nano Plus can treat a pool up to 28,000 gallons. Both versions are available in 110 or 220 volts.
