does this kit refer a 1.5 full rated motor or up rate motor? I have an 1.5 hp with 1.0 sf = 1.5hp.....

Hello Austin.  The 1.5 HP Jacuzzi Magnum Overhaul Kit model 24010308K is the correct kit for your 1.5 total horsepower pump (motor).

I now have 1.5hp (1.0sf) motor....... will this 1.5hp kit mate up to a magnum force pump housing that had a 1.5 full rated (1.5sf) original motor

Hi Austin, This is the proper kit for the 1.5hp (1.0sf) motor. If you are going with or have a 1.5 full rated (1.5sf) then you will need this 2 HP Up Rated (1.5 HP Full Rated) Jacuzzi Magnum Overhaul Kit.

I have a century motor variable speed, total HP 1.65, SF 1.0. Do you know if I use the 1.5 hp rebuild kit?

Hello Joe.  The Jacuzzi 1.5 HP Jacuzzi Magnum Overhaul Kit is compatible with the Century Motors Variable Speed motor 1.65 HP.
