Is this 39.99 pool reel system made for an above ground pool that is 22 feet and round? And is it just the reel system? I don't need a cover just the reel system that will attach to my pool,. Thankyou

Hi. This is a Strap Kit for attaching a solar cover to the solar reel tube.
