Generic Part # 90-423-1184
I ordered the Nautilus Stainless Filter Tank O-Ring. It was the OEM version (152127) which had a premium price compared to the regular generic O-Ring. I received the generic version which is round and does not have the flat sides that sit on the ledge of the tank. So how do I get the correct one I paid a premium price for and return this one?

Hi, Skip. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Yes, you did order an OEM product, if you received something different, please provide a picture of the item that you received including the packaging with the item number and description. This o-ring you ordered is completely round with no flat sides. These o-ring can become flatten over time since they are compressed between the Lid and bottom assembly. Again, get us a picture of what you received so that we can resolve this for you.

The "O" ring that came originally was flat on the inside. It fit perfectly. I have not been able to find one. the ones they sell now are just a bit too big and getting them on is tricky plus they push out by the coupling ends when you tighten them down.

Hi, Don. This Tank O-ring can be used with a stainless steel Heldor Clearflo D.E. filter. If that is the model you have, this tank o-ring will fit.
