I'm looking to replace a 500 W Pentair America light bulb. Will this be bright enough? I only have one fixture

Hi Nick, The Pentair Amerbrite Color LED Replacement Lamp 120V will be bright enough, it does come with the lens needed for maximum efficiency and luminous.

I bought a color splash 3G to replace the incandescent lamp I had, it is an amerlite the housing says American products, the pool manual says amerlite underwater light, It did not fit, the bulb is just a bit too big, the lens wont sit flat on the housing lip; will this Pentair amerlite will fit, is it smaller then the one I order before?

Hello Jose, According to Pentair the 602065 Pentair Amerbrite Color LED Replacement Lamp 120V will work with your Amerilite.

I have a pentair not sure if amberlite or amerlite housing but i insgalled the color splash bulb anddo not like it as it is not bright enough. Can i just switch the bulb i have for this one ?

Hi Kevin, I'm not sure if this is brighter than the Color Splash bulb but it can be used with the Pentair Amerlite fixture.

Hi Robert, This bulb is controlled by the light switch that turns the pool light On/Off.

I have an American Products 300 Watts, 120 Volts (takes R-40 bulb type) Series 7892XX, 7842XX. Will this work with my light to change to LED?

Hi Jennifer, yes this LED bulb is compatible with your American Products series pool light or you can use the J & J Colorsplash LED bulbs as well. You will also need a new lens gasket when replacing the bulb.
