Hi, Emile. It could be the manifold assembly breaking down which is not common. In order to confirm, you will need to take the unit apart and conduct a thorough inspection.

Hello
I have had this heater just under a year and the manifold has a 3/4" crack in it that will leak water continuously. Do you happen to know what the warranty possibility is?

Requires professional installation and has a 2 year limited warranty.

Two years but it requires professional installation. Warranties do not cover freeze damage which is typical on these heads if not drained properly.

I just need Part# 9 on the schematic drawing which is the outer shell of the fiberglass manifold, can you order separate parts, not a full kit???
