Hi Neil, this board does include the display but it does not work with the milivolt units only the electronic ignition (IID) units.

Kimberly, if you need the display, the correct part number is the 013464F PC Board Controller and 3-Wire Kit. In our picture, we do not show the LCD screen on the backside of the board.

We simply took the front panel off, unscrewed the unit housing the "brain", detached and reattached all wiring. put the unit back together and voila, the digital display was working and the pool is heated as desired!
