Kimberly, if you need the display, the correct part number is the 013464F PC Board Controller and 3-Wire Kit. In our picture, we do not show the LCD screen on the backside of the board.

I have a rheem/raypak heater Model#P-M266A-EN-C Serial#0412009103. I'm getting a GVO error which means Gas Valve Open. I was told a new board Raypak#013463F would fix this problem?

Hi, Tom. To find if the problem is the PCB or the Gas valve, follow these steps.1. Turn power OFF and disconnect Ignition Wire and Gas Valve wires from board.2. Power ON and watch for spark at module.3. If no spark, turn power OFF, and replace board.4. If spark is observed, turn off power and reconnect wires. The unit should fire.5. If unit does not fire and code reappears, power OFF, disconnect valve wires from board and remove MV, PV, and ground wires. Clean and reconnect.7. If unit does not fire, replace the gas valve.8. Low power to transformer can cause a GVO fault.

Hi, I have a Raypak PR266A EN-C heater and it just stopped heating, When you activate the heat the display shows "CFH" and then "SPK" and the burners do not light. I replaced the standing pilot and tubing but still not firing. Checked 24v transformer and it appears to be ok. So I'm thinking its either the gas valve and or the PC board. Can you recommend the correct replacement parts for both?

Hi, Michael. To find out if the gas valve or PCB is the issue; you'll need to check for 24 VAC across MV-MV/PV terminals. If no voltage, replace PC board. Also, check electrical connections between PC board and gas control. If okay, replace gas valve or gas control operator, i.e. pilot gas valve, flow switch etc.

Is this board compatible with the "Control Panel, Iid, Digital (006739f)"? This is the original lid and Switch/Decal membrane on the Raypak 2100 model 405A. The LED on my board is cracked. The heater still works but I have no idea of temp/set point/mode of operation. It appears I need this new board which is compatible with the 405A. So if I purchase this board, do I also purchase the newer 013492F membrane switch or will the 006739f work.

Hi, I bought item #014941 - Raypak Heater 406,000 BTU's NG ELE W/ Cupro-Nickel Heat Exchanger from you guys a couple years ago. When I try to fire up the heater, it doesn't seem to sense when the burners are lit. Everything operates fine until after the burners light, then it turns itself off and re-lights itself over and over. Is this the part that will fix this issue?

Hi, Gene. It's possible if you've reset the PC board and checked the continuity of ignition cable and ground wire, and that the pilot flame covers flame rod and is steady and blue. If these two checks out then the PC Board is bad. You will need Part #010253F for your model heater.

If it is only the display screen only. You can replace the LCD and its board without replacing the entire control board. Search for "Raypak 013640F LCD Display Poolstat Kit". **NOTE: Applicable to modes with P.C. Board P/N 013464F manufactured after 05/11.** YouTube has a video on replacing the LCD and its board.

That is correct if your display goes out you need to replace it with this entire kit.

Not true. The display can be purchased separately and is easy to install. It came with simple instructions. If a novice like me can do it, it's EASY! You need NOT purchase the entire circuit board UNLESS you have failures other than the display.

Hi, Darcy. The unit will have to be troubleshoot confirming that you're getting 24 volts to the Board. If not, you will need to replace the Transformer - 006736F. If the board is getting the required 24 volts, then the Board is bad.

First inspect your heat exchanger, is it clean? Soot? It may not be your PCB board.

Since purchase of our Raypak heater in July 2014, the PC Board Controller 013464F has been replaced in 2016 and again in 2018 and has failed again. Including the original, when I have it replaced again, it will be the forth unit in the past 5 years! Is this a common occurrence with Raypak?

I have a Raypak 266 pool heater. It worked perfectly for three weeks and now it shows a "flo switch" problem. I have checked the flow switch with a meter, flow switch works fine. The unit starts fine, burns for about 1 minute then shuts the gas valve and shows the flow switch again. I even jumpered the two wires at the flow switch and same thing happens. Starts fine, runs a minute then shuts the gas valve. Could the problem be with the flame sensing wire or is this a board issue. Warrantee?

If it is reading “Water Switch Open” then it usually means that there is a water flow issue. The filter should be backwashed and/or cleaned, the strainer basket and skimmer basket should be emptied, and adequate flow confirmed. If using a variable speed or two speed pump, then the rpms may need to be increased. If adequate water flow is confirmed and the issue persists, then check the connection at the P2 terminal on PC Board by unplugging the connector and plugging it back in to ensure a snug connection. If the connection is sloppy or loose, then the pins on the PC board could be faulty.

Hi Shelly, Could you let us know the BTU size of your heater, this should be listed on the heater and the rating would be something like 185,000 (185A), 265,000 (265A), 335,000 (335A) or 405,000 (405A). Also could you please supply the approximate year of the unit, based on the serial I think it is showing Jan. 2001 but I wanted to double-check with you to see if that date seems accurate?
