i'm changing the sand in a triton 2 sandfilter and found this in the middle of the sand when i was vacuuming it out. i would like to know where this hose and filter goes. thank you very much for your help

Hi Manny, The TR140 Air Relief Tube is attached to the 90° elbow of the Lower Piping Assembly. You can view the location on the Pentair Triton 2 Fiberglass Sand Filter Parts Diagram.
