I need to replace my the capacitor on my 1.5HP pool pump. Do you carry the capacitor I need?

Please note that capacitors store an electric charge and should be handled with the utmost caution and care. We do not encourage handling a capacitor without any type of safety measures in place and highly recommend contacting a professional service company for repair/replacement. For those that feel comfortable changing the capacitor here's  >How to replace a pool pump capacitor. In order to match up the capacitor you will need more specifications on the capacitor. You will need to match the voltage, the MFD, whether or not the capacitor is a >run or >start type and the actual dimensions of the capacitor body.

Hi, The 88-108 MFD 125V Start Capacitor (BC-86) would be the correct capacitor.

i have an Emerson spa pump motor with a RUN capacitor Aerovox 88-108 mfd 250 vac 2 3/4" x 1 3/8" all the replacement capacitors I have found are 1 13/16 x 3 3/8 the 125vac is the perfect size, can I use that one ? I don't know if this capacitor is original.

Hi, James. Unfortunately, you cannot replace a 250VAC capacitor with a 125VAC capacitor. The BC-88M-250 capacitor matches your specifications besides the dimensions. You can measure the space to confirm if the BC-88M-250 will fit.
