Grey Hose
Is this hose just for pool cleaners or could I use any hose I have laying around?
I have a grey leader hose but the other hoses are white and I had them. The navigator doesn't move well or at all, even thought I replaced the feet pods and the flapper fins -which move freely when I pull up the navigator. I have a fiberglass pool.

Hi, Joya. You will need to adapt the grey leader hose to the head of the Navigator. The hose sections are offered in white or grey, it is suggested to use only the 4' hose sections designed for the vacuum. I would recommend to service the Internal parts of the Navigator or check the filtration system if the vacuum is not operable after replacing the external items. I have a hayward navigator and the hose sections that came with it all cracked at the joints. I bought a new one-piece 1 1/4" hose but the female of the cleaner requires a 1 1/2" hose. Do you have an adapter that would work for these needs?

I love the design of this hose. It is easy to store, holds the pressure better than the one-piece hoses I have used in the past. I love that I don't have to replace the whole hose if one piece goes bad. Seems very durable also

I gave the hose 4 stars instead of 5 because it came in a small box coiled. The instructions for the Hayward Blu Cleaner states in bold type NEVER to coil the hose because it confuses the memory of the cleaner and will void the warranty. However, I stretched the hoses out on my floor for a couple of days and they seem to be fine. I think the hose should be stored straight at the warehouse, but the picture shows it as being folded in two.

these 2 extension pieces made my aqua bug work even better! Inyopools was great! When one color was out of stock, they contacted me and sent me another color. Great customer service!
