You can purchase just the foam scrubber on the Sweep Hose Complete (b5) 3260-B055. The part you are looking for is Scrubber, Sweep Tail (9-100-3105) 3260-10.

No these do not come with the clamp. That part number is 3260-B015.

Channel lock pliers

Had to break off old clamp with pliers, new hose included new clamp.
Twisted and pulled off old hose.
Wet end of new hose, pushed onto barb.
Installed new clamp with channel lock pliers.
Whole process took less than 5 minutes.
**Side Note...Inyo shows white wear rings on their B5 hose. The one I rec'd had blue rings.

The hose was delivered in a timely manner. The item was packaged neatly and protected well. The hose fits perfectly on my existing Polaris pool cleaner.
