If i have bugs coming back in my pool with the return water is that my laterals gone bad ?

That is a possibility. Another may be that, since the bugs should be caught in the sand, that the water has formed channels through the sand bed and no filtering is taking place. Depending on the age of the sand, it either needs to be gently stirred up or replaced entirely.

I replace sand when I opened pool in May . I finding sand in pool every other day. Water is cloudy.

The sand in your pool is very commonly caused by a broken lateral or a cracked manifold. You will need to identify the manufacturer and make/model number of your sand filter to correctly locate replacement parts on our website.
