This manifold has been a high demand in February and March due to the Texas Freeze and COVID. We sold the last one this weekend. Pentair is giving us a guess of 12 weeks before they are able to send out more.

Hi Brian. Our apologies on the confusing photograph. We use "stock" images for a number of products such as this one, so the manifold for the Sta-Rite Max-E-Therm & Pentair Mastertemp Heater Manifold 400 will indeed have the correct number of openings to accommodate the tube assembly.
