I need to replace the seal plate oring and wanted to know if this is the correct oring for my pump. I had replaced it once before from a local pool store and their part number was 608669. Is this the same oring??

Hi. This Sta-Rite Seal Plate O-ring - U9-373 is the same as Part # 608669.

Is this item hard to replace or do I just unbolt the motor from the pump and replace the o-ring.

Hi Don, to replace these seal plate o rings you just need to remove the clamp on the pump housing and it will be exposed to replace.
